Project
The project is located in the zone of Raoued-Kalaat Landalous (North-East of Tunisia, on the Golf of Tunis) and extends over 523 ha; it includes:
- 4 business centers , banking investment center, a business center, an insurance center “Takaful”, and an international stock exchange market in order to attract outstanding financial institutions (business banks, financial establishments, investment funds..) and to facilitate the exchange of data on financial innovations (advanced e-quotation systems, implementation of new financial mechanisms of risk management;
- An international business school for future highly specialised financial executives able to meet the requirements of the international financial community;
- A 30 ha Marina with a capacity of 800 knots, a commercial complex (restaurants, cafés, shops);
- A residential complex (luxurious villas) with a capacity of 150 000 residents;
- A 18 holes golf course;
- A 40 km road system.
Our mission
SCET-TUNISIE achieved the Project Management services. The services included:
- Planning and planning control, budgeting and costs control
- Communication, project meetings, records management and control plan, monthly reports, designs review and verification, procurement management, bonds and insurance policies;
- Claim management, change management, permits, licences and overall public relations
- The Quality assurance/ quality control and Safety quality management
